We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Qualified Aesthetic Therapist to join our esteemed private clinic in Carlisle, Cumbria.

**About Us**: Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic services including laser hair removal, non-invasive body treatments, skin peels, microneedling, and radio-frequency treatments. Full training on all procedures will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to deliver outstanding results.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Advanced Treatment Delivery**:

- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, radio-frequency treatments, and non-invasive body contouring.

**Client Consultation and Care**:

- Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimes.
- Develop personalised treatment plans and provide pre
- and post-treatment care advice.
- Ensure clients are fully informed about procedures, including risks and benefits.

**Clinical Assistance**:

- Assist medical professionals with advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and minor skin surgeries.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

**Sales and Retail**:

- Promote and sell skincare products and treatments to clients, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of product benefits and usage.
- Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities and events.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the clinic

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetics industry.
- Attend training sessions and professional development courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure all treatments comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for treatments, client consent, and health and safety records.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other therapists, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

**Marketing and Social Media**:

- Assist in creating content for marketing materials and social media platforms to promote the clinic's services and treatments.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Level 4 Qualification in Aesthetics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aesthetics clinic, day spa, or salon environment.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Experience in working towards sales targets and participation in promotional activities.
- Availability to work a minimum of alternate weekends.
