You will be responsible for ensuring ultimate Guest Experience overnight throughout the Donnini portfolio. This includes our apartments, houses, and The Kylestrome hotel (in which this role will be based). You will take calls during the hours of work where you can provide support and guidance for our guests.

From a Donnini-wide perspective, you will be answering the phone to guests, advising and attending apartments when required for basic maintenance to ensure that our guests receive the highest of service. You may also be taking bookings or answering questions in order to support the day teams in their role.

From the hotel perspective, where you will be based, you will be the physical point of contact for guests during the night. Further your role will involve fire walks, cleaning of public areas and other tasks required to ensure the standards of the hotel are upheld.

You will be the first point of contact at Donnini during your shift and will ensure that calls are routed to the right team member or handled by yourself in the best way.

Strategic Work
- Work with our Operations Manager to ensure that both apartment and hotel guests are supported throughout their stay.

Tactical Work
- Assist in guiding the guest both on the phone, via electronic communications and face to face basis.
- Gatekeeping phone calls, passing callers to the relevant team member - actioning in an appropriate manner.
- Guest Relations, proactive and reactive. Handling guest queries, issues, and complaints.
- Liaising with relevant team members to ensure Guest needs are fully met.
- Ensuring Operations continuity when working OOH’s
- Providing a thorough handover for any issues or actions that need to be taken by the day team.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
