Overview:
The purpose of this role is to play a pivotal part in the integration of two sets of administrative and operational procedures.
This is a full-time role and will require the individual to initially work across two sites, Dorchester and Baltonsborough, so the need to have access to a vehicle is required. The role will initially be based in our head office, Baltonsborough (for approximately three months) To enable the individual to fully understand and integrate themselves with the processes, systems, and policies of the organisation. Once a firm knowledge and understanding has been gained, you will be required to work with colleagues in our Dorchester branch to incorporate the expectations of the head office.

**Skills set.**
**Essential**
- Experience of working in a customer service role
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage internal and external expectations.
- Accurate record keeping, via CRM database.
- Understand the importance of systems, processes and procedures.
- Experience of working in an administrative environment.
- Good understanding and practical experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, tenacity and a willingness to learn and “get stuck in”
- Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
**Preferred but not essential.**
- Experience of working within the water industry
- Implementation of processes
- Understanding of H&S in the workplace
- ISO
- Understanding/knowledge of Quickbooks
- Interest in or experience of developing social media platforms
