**Holden Knight Healthcare **is hiring a Maintenance Person to work in our care homes ensuring the standards of the homes are maintained.
**Hours 9am-5pm**
**Experience**:
- Basic plumbing
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Brick laying
- An understanding of fire regulations
- Door fitting
- Light gardening
**The successful applicant must demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and ensure whistle blowing policies are adhered to.**
You will primarily be based in Whitworth although travel will be required across all four of our sites which are in Whitworth, Oldham, Rochdale and Manchester, you will need a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Milage will be paid between sites. Flexibility is a must to assist with ‘out of hours’ emergency call outs as required.
