We are working with a facilities Management company who require a full-time Administrator, intially for 2-3 months with a view to going permanent. This is a fully office-based role, so you would therefore be required to travel to their office near to the Birmingham City centre.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm paying £11.50 per hour

This is an immediate-start role.

**Accountabilities of the Sales Administrator**:

- Daily diary management.
- Ensure Direct Delivery services is used and rules and regulations are adhered to.
- Doing daily reports.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are handled in line with polices and guidelines.

**To be considered for the role of Administrator, you will require**:

- Notable Administration experience.
- To be a team player and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organisational skills
