**Job Title - Reception/Driver**

Cartwright Vehicle Conversions is a conversion manufacturer based in Belton DN9, between Scunthorpe and Doncaster, that offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market, mobility, ambulance, police, temperature control, and security sectors.

Due to exciting developments and new contracts of work, we are currently recruiting for a **Reception/Driver** to join our newly formed vehicle compound team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing a friendly & welcoming reception service, dealing with all visitors & deliveries.
- Making sure all outgoing and incoming vehicles from our partners are correctly recorded on the database.
- Safely transport vehicles from one location to another.
- Ensure all vehicle keys are accurately logged and stored.
- Report any vehicle damage immediately to the Compound Supervisor
- Communicate all relevant information in a precise and clear manner to colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times.

**Skills, experience and knowledge required in this role**:

- Microsoft outlook, excel, word and be confident navigating internet based operating systems.
- An understanding of cultural differences.
- To be an excellent team member.
- Have a flexible approach to work and able to accommodate the changing needs of the company.
- Be able to manage customer expectations.
- Capable of navigating UK roads to a predetermined destination.
- Experience in a compound movement and vehicle storage.

A full car driving licence is essential for this role

**The working hours are between 7:00am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.**
