**THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY BASED SALES POSITION FOR CONFIDENT HIGH EARNERS IN THE SALES SECTOR**

**Duties**:

- Research and analyse market trends and conditions to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing guidance and negotiating contracts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available properties
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and lease agreements to clients
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other brokers, agents, and professionals in the real estate industry to facilitate transactions
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a broker or real estate agent
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools for property listings and market analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Supplemental pay types:
