Customer Service/sales Assistant

As a Sales and Customer Service Administrator, you will provide admin support to our busy sales order processing desk and offer top levels of customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and can work as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answering our busy Sales Telephone line
- Processing Sales orders, via a variety of communications
- Preparation of commercial invoices and other supporting documents
- Dealing with customer service enquiries
- Processing Invoices and Credits
- General administration duties

**Skills**:

- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Work under pressure
- Team player

Full induction and training will be given.

A competitive salary will be offered together with private health care, life insurance and pension contributions.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
