Wedding and Events Coordinator

This is a varied role that will be responsible for all aspects of running events, from initial enquiry to event planning, as well as operational delivery of events. You will be part of a small and inclusive team, working together to deliver excellent outcomes for guests and clients. Taking ownership of the entire process from the point of sale to the successful delivery of events, you should enjoy working with clients and couples to ensure their day/event runs smoothly and expectations are met. The role is responsible for effective communication with clients, contractors and colleagues, maintaining a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and the sales of upcoming events.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in events co-ordination and operational delivery of events
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with potential clients organising weddings and corporate events, arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments where required.
- Experience in sales or motivation to succeed in this area.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid administration and IT skills
- A team player but also able to work independently and able to make own decisions.
- A personal alignment with the ethos of Llechwen Hall Hotel
- Flexibility - weekend working will be required to fulfil the role. The role is flexible - 4 or 5 days per week.

This role is a busy role that requires a good level of personal fitness, the ability to multi-task and excellent organisation skills. At times, you might be required to help move chairs or other furniture.

**Salary**: £21,032.43-£23,000.00 per year
