Site Manager/Senior Site Manager
Your new company
A highly esteemed Merseyside based contractor are looking for an experienced Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager to join their team. With 15 years confirmed work in Liverpool. You will always be based on one of their Merseyside sites. Works will include majorityof small works carried out on the university.
Your new role
You will implement health and safety on site to the highest of standards and will manage the tight programming and planning of finishes, managing the sub-contractors and liaising with the client on a daily basis. You will hold weekly progress reports with theProject Manager, making sure the project sticks to deadline and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in a similar role. You will also have multi-trades experience, having worked on similar projects previously. You will work with confidence from drawings and details, and you are PC literate, which is a specific requirementfor this role.
