**The Role**:
To be part of the Product Management team who are accountable for delivering annual sales and gross profit objectives by delivering the right products to market, at the right time, and in the right order. Working closely with the Senior Strategic Product Managers and Product Managers to support with the end-to-end delivery of products right up to being launched and sold to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Development**
- Manage the data input updates to the Tracker document & Roadmap following guidance from the Product Mangers. This could include updates to launch dates, adding dates for briefs being submitted, Royal Proclamation, etc.
- Responsible for regular dissemination of Roadmap and Royal Proclamation information and updates to key stakeholders
- Manage the Royal Proclamation schedule with the Museum to ensure we maximise the limited spaces available
- Manage selected product ranges, plus the Strike Your Own Coin roadmap through the Royal Mint Experience
- Collate team ideas for the Innovation Workstreams, theme ideas, etc.
- Supporting with desk research for upcoming themes, and trends in the market, along with competitive research
- Proavtively identifying process improvement solutions, raising these with the team / managers and supporting with the implementation of improvements
**Pricing Updates**
- Manage the Master Price List to ensure it is updated following the quarterly review and add new pricing categories
- Lead the set-up for new Trade Agreements on AX for all product SKUs
- Co-ordinate Product Mangers’ pricing checks ahead of launches to ensure accuracy
**Continuities**
- Co-ordinate with Product Mangers to identify continuities, adding them to the briefs
- Set up new continuities within AX, tracking with the tracker to allow for coin set up and when to create.
- Update continuities with date changes, when relevant
- Liaise with Product Delivery team to complete continuity set up
- Represent Product Management at the cross-functional project meetings for improving the continuitiy process

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position within a D2C Consumer business
- Evidence of project management skills across multi-disciplines / teams
- Demonstrable product marketing experience (desirable) with strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work with a range of other teams who have various skill sets and behaviours (e.g.: Product Delivery, Sales)
- Able to use initiative, manage and prioritise work load and take ownership of decisions
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working with a variety of teams
- Confident in use of all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
