We are searching for salespeople to join our fun, fast-paced team and take on full responsibility for driving and converting sales leads into customers whilst demonstrating our core values of providing a consistent level of high-quality and accurate work, excellent communication skills and the ability to meet timelines.

**Head Office**:Saffron Walden, Essex

**Hours of Business**: Full Time (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00)

**Remuneration and Benefits**:

- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- With an extra day after 2 years of service and then an additional day for every year up to an extra allowance of 4 days
- Workplace pension scheme

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Market Research to develop warm leads.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
- Qualify Incoming Buyer and Seller Requirements
- Identify prospects (buyer and sellers) that fit the target demographic/requirement.
- Phone calls to prospective buyers and sellers to establish whether they can facilitate the requirement.
- Use company knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Produce and present rates to Buyers.
- Arrange and attend site visits.
- Facilitate the contracting process - Produce, circulate, and arrange signature of Terms and Conditions and Confirmation of Rates
- Maintain contact and support with existing clients.
- Post contract calls to deal with any invoicing queries.
- Ensuring data is feeding the live 3D map of sellers.
- Data updates.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous working experience in sales role/s is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Networking aptitude
- Proactive and positive to challenges
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
