**What does the role involve?**:

- Work with your talent acquisition specialists to take a detailed brief on a role, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a sourcing strategy
- Pro-actively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research
- Raise Hilti’s profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through LinkedIn and other social media platforms and creating and sharing regular, relevant and engaging communication

Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. We offer a hybrid working pattern between the office and home and different ways to work flexibly so please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.**What you need is**:

- Experience sourcing/recruiting across high volume roles
- Strong interviewing & assessment experience
- Experience working with an ATS (essential) and a TRM (preferable)
- Experience of using LinkedIn recruiter is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work to defined performance KPIs
- Resilience to deal with multiple priorities and a high volume, always-on recruitment cycle

**Please note, this is a 3 month contract covering a peak hiring period.**

**Who should apply?**:
