**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work to close tolerance, small batch work, predominantly fixture based in a wide range of aerospace materials such as Jethete, Titanium and Nickel based alloys.
- Ability to learn multiple machines within the business.
- Understanding and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of various controls such as Fanuc & Heidenhein.
- Use overhead crane for fixture transportation.
- Understand and be able to follow Batch Card and Standard Working Instructions.
- Cover holidays and capacity issue with overtime when required.
- Have a good understanding of manual measuring equipment, micrometres ,internal and external and various other types of measuring equipment.
- Have a good level of computer literacy.

**Experience, Knowledge, Educational and Work Achievements**:

- Experience in CNC milling on multiple types of machines. **(Essential)**:

- Demonstrate a good level of numeracy / literacy. **(Essential)**:

- A strong work ethic. **(Essential)**:

- Experience in self-inspection and recording results via SPC charts and other methods of data capturing. **(Desirable)**:

- Be confident leading a team and organising work priorities.**(Desirable)**

**Salary**: £14.47-£21.70 per hour
