Picton West is working with a market leading property company and together we are recruiting for a Sales Progressor.
The Sales Progressor will join a team and be responsible for progressing sales from offer to completion in a timely manner, liaising with all parties throughout the process. You must have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and be used toworking to deadlines.
Due to the nature of the role and current market it may sometimes be necessary to undertake duties of an estate agent, so someone that has worked in estate agency as a negotiator and has progression experience would be ideal.
For this role it is essential that you drive and have your own vehicle.
Our client can offer a package in the region of £33k, with a 5 day working week.
