**Key Enrollment Duties**:

- Actively enroll individuals in local territories for charitable causes and continue to raise donations in territory through face to face engagement.
- Drive enrollment efforts through effective communication and persuasion.
- Use sales, marketing, and communication skills taught in training in the field.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential donors and community members.
- Meet and exceed enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in fundraising or enrollment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve enrollment goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passionate about fundraising and making a positive impact in the community.
