Our Care Connected gives health and care professionals and local people in Sussex shared online access to records and data through three digital enabler projects:

- Plexus, an e-record platform for GPs, hospital and community teams
- My Health and Care Record, to help people stay well and manage a condition or treatment
- Sussex Integrated Dataset, used to analyse how local health and care services can be better designed and run.

**Purpose of the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Sussex Health and Care Partnership's digital enabler programme Our Care Connected (OCC). You will be responsible for effective stakeholder management, planning, delivery, reporting and monitoring of technicalproducts and services built and developed by the programme team. You will have the opportunity to hold a key role in driving user-centric implementation of existing transformation plans as well as continual improvement working in partnership with health andcare organisations across the Sussex Integrated Care System (ICS).

**As a sector lead delivery manager, you will**:

- Take responsibility for the delivery of Our Care Connected capabilities for all partners in your sector - Acute and secondary care
- Support the programme leadership and capability owners to develop the programme strategy
- Provide leadership on the programme's engagement with your partner organisations and key stakeholders
- Motivate and lead teams, making sure there is an iterative build and deploy plan to work towards
- Provide direction, support, advice and guidance for more junior members in the delivery team to develop and deliver their deployment plans in line with the evolving programme approach
- Enable teams to collaborate, communicate and focus on what is most important
- Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value within constraints
- Provide sound judgment to enable decisions to be made quickly as circumstances

Able to demonstrate the following
- Minimum of five years recent experience of implementing service impacting health or social care digital change programmes within a large and diverse environment. Experience of working with and facilitating multi-disciplinary groups and managing the impactof large-scale digital implementations.
- Success in delivering digital projects and products using appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques, learning & iterating frequently. Experience in delivering products built to an appropriate level of quality for the development stage (eg discovery/alpha /beta /production).
- Experience in successful communication and relationship building between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience of working with capability (product) owners to translate needs into product roadmaps, user stories and use cases for delivery acrosspolitical and technical boundaries.
- Success in leading collaborative, dynamic planning processes which maintain delivery momentum - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team. Ability to keep abreast of changing requirements and prioritiesand embed them rapidly into working practices.
- Previous experience of working in /Acute and secondary care would be advantageous.
- Ability to rapidly understand context, identify and remove blockers.
- Ability to influence, challenge and improve processes to ensure all steps add value.
- Experience in building and motivating high performing, collaborative teams.
- Ability to tailor information and communication to meet the needs of the audience.
- Good understanding of change management.
- Knowledge of benefits management and experience of carrying out benefits realisation.
- Comprehensive understanding of information sharing responsibilities with particular reference to the accountability obligations under GDPR and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) data sharing code of practice.
- Proficient in MS Office solutions including MS Teams. Experience of working on projects managed within Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
