Summary

The governors of this ambitious Catholic school wish to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and efficient Exams Officer to join our supportive and friendly team.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to have responsibility for assisting with student data and Exams coordination and administration. This role will be responsible for managing effective and efficient administration of internal and external exams in accordance with awarding body rules for exams administration in a consistent and secure fashion, thereby helping to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.
If successful, you will be joining a very hard-working team of professionals who are supportive of each other, enjoy their work and have a clear understanding of the drive to help all pupils achieve. Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent

Essential Experience
- Can demonstrate in the current role, the capacity to work effectively with a range of people at a professional level
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent working knowledge of SIMS, Class Charts, Excel, DfE and other Awarding Bodies Platforms
- Has a basic knowledge of how schools are organised and managed

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
