_**Finance Manager - Norwich**_
£28,000 FTE
Part time 21 hours per week

Your duties will include;
- Day-to-day book-keeping using Xero, including transaction processing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process all income and expenditure sources.
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset register and posting monthly depreciation charges, additions and disposals.
- Working with the Operations & Support Manager to ensure all supplier payments requested are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparation of monthly salary information sent to external accountants for processing.
- Ensure all staff are paid on time each month.
- Process expense claims and expenditure requests.
- Respond to payment requests using national and international bank transfers as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly finance reports working with Founder and Senior Finance Manager if and when required.
- Develop and maintain cashflow forecast.
Process Gift Aid where this is not completed by Enthuse.
Preparation of Annual Accounts for independent review/audit.
- Support and prepare yearly budgets and target setting with input from Founder, Operations & Fundraising Managers and Trustees.
- Manage all contracts that we hold with the charity such as insurance and rent.
- Ensure appropriate financial and accounting policies, procedures and controls are in place and are being adhered to.
- Ensure the income tracker is regularly updated to track the fundraising budget.
- Other finance duties, when required.
