Do you enjoy working in a role which is varied and interesting?
We are looking for an Associate Practitioner to work within the Learning Disability Partnership service, within the East of the county. The Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) consists of six integrated specialist health and social care teams as well as local authority run day and accommodation services for adults with a Learning Disability.
The role involves working with people in a variety of setting such as their own homes, supported living, day opportunities and the wider community.
