**EBar Supervisor (Contract)**

**Location: Various (Yorkshire** with nationwide travel**)**

**Salary**:£2,250 per month (40 hours per week)

**Term**:3 month initial contract

**We employ amazing people who are passionate about events and enhancing the consumer experience. The EBar supervisor plays a key role in our business by managing the day-to-day operation of EBar kiosks at events across the country.**

**The EBar supervisor**

This role requires the following essential skills, characteristics and experience:

- Maintain a professional image and posses strong customer service skills
- Be polite, enthusiastic, and personable when speaking with colleagues, the public, venue staff and other stakeholders
- Highly organised, motivated and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Flexible working hours to include weekends and evenings
- Organised and able to manage own time - particularly in relation to driving hours
- Clean driving license

The role will involve the following activities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the on-site bar
- Lead, motivate, and train bar staff on service standards and customer experience techniques
- Ensure staff obtain necessary licenses and identify additional training needs
- Ensure personal compliance with all beverage requirements
- Great physical stamina and time-management skills
- Collaborate with Event Manager and Venue Stock Manager on stock management and supply agreements
- "Can-do" attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

**It is advantageous (but not necessary) for you to have**:

- Passion for the live events industry
- Bar experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
