Trainer

Trainer required on a part time basis working 3 days per week for a leading public sector organisation based in Gosforth. This role is working 3 days per week and offers plenty of flexibility.

Experience required for the role:

- Experience of the design, delivery and evaluation of people management policies
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events
- Extensive knowledge ofinstructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Sound decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

The role is paying circa £30,000 for 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week).
