**About the role**:
Reporting to the Inspection Manager you will inspect components to drawing specifications and, where required, complete inspection and first article reports. You will require an understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances in order to carry out manual inspection, as well as using, Mitutoyo / Zeiss CMM’s, Contour Trace, Surftest, and 1st principle techniques, ensuring you adhere to the company’s quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include verifying documentation, ensuring drawings, parts and documentation are all in order at both the commencement of your operation and upon completion of your operation.
The role will involve liaising with engineering and manufacturing personnel regarding drawing interpretation and results.
