**The Role**: As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment according to established standards and procedures.
- Monitoring the production line to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet rigorous specifications.
- Assisting with material handling, inventory management, and general production tasks.
- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**: To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues across various departments.

- A choice from the following shifts - 4 days on and 4 days off 07:00-19:00, paying £12.74ph **OR **4 nights on and 4 nights off, 19:00-07:00 paying£14.78ph.
