Overview:
This role will be a key part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation to be delivered over a 3-year period (2022-2025).

The portfolio is coordinated via the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC), connecting the dots across a set of Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams.

A key project within the portfolio is the shift from SAP ECC to S4 Hana. This role’s primary focus will be to design, coordinate and deliver the Cutover process from SAP ECC to S4 Hana.

The role will sit under the central Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC) Workstream, but will be heavily business focused so will naturally need to have strong connections with the Functional Workstreams (Finance and Supply Chain), as well as the Cross-Functional Workstreams (Technology, Data & Analytics and OCM).

The Store to Fulfil Global Process Owner (GPO) role sits as part of the Supply Chain Functional Workstream which comprises of the key Supply Chain process areas Procurement, Store to Fulfil, Plant Maintence, Quality management and IBP/Production Planning. The Supply Chain Function Workstream is led and coordinated by the Supply Chain GPO Lead.

Key responsibilities include protecting the Store to Fulfil process design, ensuring that it is effectively connected with other interdependent processes across the organisation, as well as supporting the Cross-Functional Workstream teams (Technology, Data, Change Management) to deliver the system and data changes across impacted stakeholders, in line with the Tier 1 plan.

**Responsibilities**:
Working in conjunction with the Supply Chain GPO Lead to deliver the following:

- Ensures the SAP S2F process design is fit-for-purpose across the organisation, considering all impacted areas, i.e. interconnecting functions as well as market specific requirements identified through the Legal, Fiscal, Regulatory (LFR) design process. Provide specific input on Logistics & goods movements, inventory management, 3rd party, batch management, concession, extended warehouse management, master data, stock transfer
- Works in partnership with the Supply Chain GPO Lead, Supply Chain Workstream Project and Change team to ensure the OTC Tier 3 element of the Tier 2 plan is delivered in line with the overarching Tier 1 critical path.
- Seeks to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and harmonisation in service of operational excellence.
- Ensures that the changes delivered achieve associated process performance targets and measures in line with business needs.
- Works in collaboration with peer GPOs and key stakeholders (across all functional areas) to ensure appropriate understanding and connectivity with interdependent process areas, e.g. Shared Finance Centre, Group Finance, Commercial Finance, Commercial etc.
- Works in collaboration with the Change Management Workstream (OCM) to ensure appropriate training (curriculum, content, delivery) to impacted stakeholders across the organisation.
- Acts as a Change Champion, partnering with the OCM Workstream to engage, inform, and enthuse business stakeholders, bringing the changes to life as part of the defined Change & Comms engagement strategy.
- Works in collaboration with the Data & Analytics Workstream to ensure appropriate identification, cleansing, enrichment, quality assurance, migration and ongoing operational governance of data, in line with defined Functional Data Migration Strategies (FMS) and Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) requirements.
- Works in collaboration with the Technology Workstream to ensure S2F specific Build and Test activities are delivered in line with expectations, providing support to create, review and deliver Test scripts supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Plays a key role as part of the business and technology Cutover, supporting each market as required in line with the defined deployment Waves.
