End of Tenancy

**37.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday**

**Requirements**:
Travel using company vans to residential properties and complete professional cleaning using company equipment such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning products and materials.Follow all training and guidance provided Regular communication with team colleagues and management Collect and return keys to enter properties from/to local estate agents/locations if required.Follow all company health and safety guidelines.Adhere to company standards and procedures.

**Skills / Experience**

Ideally a minimum of 1 year Professional End of Tenancy cleaning experience however, not necessary as we will provide full training.Must be hardworking and energetic as the job will require spending long periods on your feet and moving items, cleaning and similar tasks.Must take pride in their work and have a good eye for detail.Must be able to speak and understand basic English.Ideally live close to Bangor/Newtownards Full relevant driving licence is a requirement

**Salary £11.50 per hour.**
- **Must have clean driving license (and driving over a year) and over 25 years old for our insurance**_
