To assist the Rooms Division Manager in ensuring that cleanliness within all areas of the business is maintained to the highest standard and in line with company expectations. To ensure that all tasks completed within the department are completed in line with core standards.

To recruit, train and develop all members of the housekeeping team - To manage the performance of housekeeping team - To maintain standards throughout the hotel in line with

company and guest expectations
- To manage resources within the department in accordance with budgeted and forecasted costs
- To manage quality of resources within the department - To manage staffing within budgeted and forecasted targets
- To ensure that effective communication takes place with other departments and within the housekeeping department
- To be responsible for helping to maintain a customer focused culture which support the values expressed in the Company mission statement and the Company business goals of profitability and service quality.
- To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
