Training Associate Specialist - Diagnostics - Field Based - Salary to £45k plus car and bonus

The Role:
As a Training Associate Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal teams by delivering comprehensive training programs on diagnostic equipment and software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customised training programs to address those needs.
Providing technical support and guidance to customers during and after training sessions to ensure optimal utilisation of the products.
Continuously updating your knowledge on industry trends and advancements to deliver the most up-to-date training programs.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
Potentially you will have experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry, with a specific focus on Blood Sciences labs although you may have completed your Specialist Portfolio, have a genuine desire to train and be looking for your first formal role in this area.
Strong knowledge and experience working in a Blood Sciences lab, understanding the specific challenges and requirements of this field.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service and support.
