The Global Compliance Coordinator’s role is to support and assist the Global Compliance Officer and the Global Compliance Team in the delivery of the firmwide compliance program, coordinating and managing compliance communications, monitoring and reports, data input, streamlining internal processes and other administrative duties.

**Duties**:

- Manage, coordinate, compile and distribute compliance communications and bulletins.
- Build and distribute reports.
- Support compliance team with vendor due diligence and third party risk assessment administration and inputs.
- Assist with client audit tasks.
- Streamline people facing and internal compliance administration and processes through automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Compile and review compliance reports and manage follow up communication and messages.
- Manage scheduling, tracking and reporting of compliance awareness and training tasks.
- Manage the schedule and coordination of teamwide meetings, activities and required follow up tasks.
- Maintain and manage compliance team documentation.
- Set up as required, manage and update compliance team SharePoint based intranet pages.

- The ability to learn new skills quickly.
- The ability to pick up and quickly understand new systems, concepts and technology.
- A strong work ethic and passion for finding solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Ability to effectively manage, multi-task and appropriately prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, intercultural, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English language - written and verbal.
- A keen interest and understanding of compliance.

**Desired Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar compliance coordinator role.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint Online.
- Relevant foundational compliance certifications.
- Additional languages - written and verbal.
