**About the Job**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Advisor to join our team.
- This role requires strong upselling skills to maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong **sales** and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- **Goal-oriented** and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced** and dynamic environment.
- A **positive and enthusiastic **attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries and concerns.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting the company's products and services.
- Conducting effective sales conversations and identifying customer needs.
- Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Recording customer information and sales data accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Newark-on-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
