Within our organisation we call this role “Relief Team Assistant”. You will be working as part of a team, in the heart of the firm alongside lawyers and secretaries, supporting them with a wide range of front of house and administrative functions. You will be very busy and never bored

Our bank of flexible Relief Team Assistants cover holidays, absence, project work and peaks in workload within our South West offices, predominately Bristol based.

These posts are ideal for students or anyone who requires shifts planned around their own schedules or someone simply looking to supplement their income.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors
- Internal and external call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
- Meeting room set up and hospitality
- Delivering an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service
- Photocopying, scanning and printing
- Extensive computer and data related tasks
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
