Café Supervisor

We are currently looking for a supervisor for our coffee shop in Aviemore town centre
Candiates must be energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for good homemade food and fantastic coffee.
and preferably possess Level 2 food hygiene certificate, although Level 1 may be considered.
Candiates must have a good knowledge of GP’s and wages ratio costs, with the ability to increase sales and motivate staff.
Barista training is an advantage but in house training will be given.
Premises is open 7 days a week 7 am until 5pm
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
