Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Manager to manage cluster store managers across the South and South East of England including parts of London.

This retailer has over a 150 stores in key locations in the UK and is a well-established, successful retail brand who are growing at a fast rate.

The new Regional Manager will have experience in a customer service and sales focused environment and will be able to drive standards across the area at all times. Ideally you will have proven experience in with hands on retail environments and must havemanaged a minimum of 5+ sites in your career as an area or regional manager.

We are keen to hear from Regional or Area Managers from big box, food, FMCG or high street roles where you are constantly challenged and engaged.

As a Regional Manager you will drive standards across your store, work with Store Managers to deliver an outstanding service, but also be involved in other business initiatives as and when required. Project experience is an advantage, but, not essential.

The Retail Area Manager is responsible for;
- Motivating a team of cluster managers
- Supporting & Developing the cluster Managers.
- Ensuring Regional KPI's are achieved and exceeded
- Implement and maintain high service standards
- Additional ad hoc projects with senior retail leaders
- People management and training

As a Regional Manager, you will be self-motivated, hands on with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced retail environment where you enjoy a challenge and can think fast and react You must be prepared to lead your team from the front at all timesand develop a strong team ethic and spirit.
