Key areas to learn / training:

- Set up and operates machine tools, fits and assembles parts.
- Hold very close tolerance at times.
- Learn to study and understand specifications such as drawings, sketches or descriptions of parts.

Have gained a minimum of 4 GCSE grade C or above, with preference of DT and Maths.

Good communications skills, work well as part of a team, innovation and problem solving.
