Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited is a very well established and highly respected firm of Insolvency Practitioners in Swansea, established in 1988.
**Responsibilities**:
- The role is to work in a small but vastly experienced mixed insolvency team where you will get varied exposure across corporate and personal cases.
Provide administrative support to the team
Maintain filing systems
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Assist with occasional copy typing
Deal with Employee claims
Prepare progress reports / final reports for cases and meet statutory deadlines
Knowledge of how to complete VAT returns would be advantageous but not crucial as training will be provided
Report to senior members of the team as required
Assisting in the Investigation into Directors’ conduct
Preparing for and attending creditors meetings and procedures
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial

Salary is negotiable dependant on any previous Insolvency Experience

Working Hours for position - Monday - Thursday 9-5 (1 hour for lunch) Friday 9-4 (1 hour for lunch) Total Hours 34 per week.
