We are looking for a 2 part-time enthusiastic and reliable people to join our friendly team for 20 hours per week and 22.5 hours per week. The hours for the posts alternate weekly covering Monday - Friday 8.30am-12.30pm and Monday - Friday 2pm-6pm or Monday - Friday 8.30am-1pm and 1.30pm-6pm. In addition to these hours you should be flexible to be able to cover staff absence within the practice opening hours 8am-6pm when required.

Good communication skills, excellent telephone manner and a positive approach to dealing with patients when under pressure, also good keyboard skills and the ability to multitask are essential requirements. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. We currently use EMIS and Docman.
