Paul Roberts builders Ltd. are looking for a hard working and motivated individual to join their team on a full time basis.

As a small family run business our team specialise in building unique high quality houses from scratch. We produce everything from the initial foundations to the final finishing touches to a site, both internally and externally. We also undertake a variety of other jobs upon request. Our work is based around the Wragby area. Having transport to Wragby is desired but if you are interested in the role and transport is an issue then please do get in touch and we will see what we can do. In an average working week no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to learn a vast amount of skills.

Our working weeks are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm.

No experience is necessary but a willingness to learn and be dedicated to the role is essential. We feel that the role would suit someone young (16-22years) wanting to start a potential career in building with a will to grow and learn to become a valued and experienced member of our team. The rate of pay is age and experience dependent. Performance pay rises are available.
