A pivotal role in the Human Resources team, reporting to the HR Director the role will encompass all elements of generalist HR functions such as:

- Day to day delivery of HR operations
- Policies and procedures
- Recruitment and retention
- Employee relations
- Training and development
- Sickness absence monitoring management
- Manage and support the two HR Administrators
- Advise and support managers with all employee relations cases
- Support the HR Director on change management projects TUPE, re-structures and redundancies

The position will suit someone with the following skills/experience:

- Previous experience in a busy stand alone HR role
- Experience in complex ER issues
- Previous experience working with high volume staff
- Ability to work with diplomacy/ assertiveness and maintain confidentiality at all times.
