Disrepair Coordinator

I'm looking for a Disrepair Coordinator to join a housing association in the Staffordshire region for a 5-month interim contract.

The Disrepair Coordinator will be able to work fully remotely, they can of course attend the office as and when they wish, they'll handle:

- Disrepair Claims
- Instructing solicitors
- Organising surveyor appointments
- Instructing schedules of repairs
- Compiling reports

The Disrepair Coordinator should have previous experience in a similar role and should be knowledgeable in disrepair claims. The role is to act as a bridge between solicitors and the rest of the business for disrepair claims.

This is an interesting role, offering very flexible working patterns, and a 5-month contract. Given the flexible working, the coordinator could be based anywhere in the country.
