The role
Reporting to our Practice Manager, the duties are important and varied and will increase with time:
Create and maintain accurate client records on our back-office systems. Prepare client documentation for meetings. Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in a compliant manner. Liaise with product providers. Produce portfolio valuations and ensure that any changes are carried out accurately. Act as a friendly point of contact for our clients. Organise review meeting and prepare all the required information. Other duties as required by management from time to time.Essential Skills
A recent graduate who wishes to get started in the
industry or second jobber.Strong interpersonal skills and able to inspire confidence with our clients.Highly organised and disciplined.Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks.A positive attitude and willing to help others when required.Able to achieve set goals without supervision.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Additional Information
The role is office based.
