Bridal Seamstress

Full-time Seamstress position available starting March

Pure Couture is a busy bridal boutique with a beautiful selection of gowns from some of the most sought after labels in bridal. We offer excellent customer service and a personal, friendly experience, alongside in-house alterations. The position is for an experienced bridal seamstress to join our close team of enthusiastic and supportive sales consultants and experienced couture bridal seamstresses.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team full time, flexible hours including a late evening each week.

The successful applicant will need to be a competent seamstress and be skilled at bridal alterations.

Also an ability to conduct client appointments to fit their wedding gowns would be advantageous.

The applicant needs to be:

- Work well as part of a team
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Be well spoken and have pride in their appearance
- Have good listening and communication skills and speak fluent English
- Be computer literate
- Able to maintain excellent customer service
- Share in and support the team in all other aspects of the business
- Accuracy and neatness must be maintained at all times

Extra guidance will be given on how to fit and sew to Pure Couture standards. The successful applicant will be expected to meet the standards required within 3 months of starting.
