People Solutions are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our client on a permanent basis based in Kidderminster. As a TIG Welding Fabricator working as part of a team, you will be responsible for for joining metal using a variety of techniques to form new structures. Duties will include welding materials according to technical plans and Finishing.

This is a Day shift Monday to Friday - Mon - Thurs 07:30-16:30

Friday 07:30-15:00

41 hour week

They are offering a pay rate of £14.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties
- Prepare required shaped and weld according to plans
- Effectively operate TIG welder and equipment to fabricate items to customer requirements
- Use grinder and buffer to smooth and clean as appropriately prior to and after welding
- Clean and maintain all equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean working area
- Organise all supplies (materials, tools and equipments) required, liaising with appropriate parties
- Follow Health & Safety Policy and Procedures

Essential Skills
- Experience in TIG Welding.
- Attention to detail
- Carrying out tasks within time frame
- Maintain records

Desirable Experience

Must have at least 1 year experience in TIG Welding
