- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of meat dishes
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Strong knowledge of food production and preparation techniques
- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment
- Culinary skills and ability to create appealing meat displays
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various cuts of meat
