We’re looking for a Head of Sales who is happy to lead by example and keep our growing sales team motivated and on-target.

This is the perfect role for a talented salesperson who wants a chance to handle the sales cycles of our biggest target accounts and develop a sales function within a rapidly growing company.

**Who is Healthera**

**Role Overview**

As Head of Sales, your key goal will be to ensure our expanding sales team hits their sales and revenue targets.

This will include holding regular team meetings to ensure input targets are being met, monitoring performance & activity, and knowing what’s going on with our team’s various sales cycles.

In addition, you’ll be excited at the prospect of personally handling the sales of some of the biggest pharmacy chains in the country. We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can lead from the front and has the ability to practise what they preach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead from the front** - Work strategically to ensure every member of your team hits their targets

- **Get stuck in** - take a leading hand in pitching and contract negotiations for larger deals
- **KPI’s**:

- set data-driven targets and expectations
- **Tools** - manage the sales-side of our CRM, and build on the use of additional tools and softwares to improve the sales team internally and externally
- **Recruitment** - hire into and grow the existing sales team

**The Person**
- You’ll be a born-leader with a clear ability to inspire your team and keep them happy, even when targets seem out of reach
- You’ll have excellent communication and adaptability, with the ability to work with all throughout the business to grow revenue opportunities
- You will have demonstrated experience in building and optimising sales processes and material
- You’ll be experienced with frontline sales work (ideally via video calling, cold calling, and in-person selling) and comfortable closing large deals
- You’ll be data-driven and understand the importance of tracking metrics, and subsequently how to utilise them when developing targets and strategies
- You’ll be able to stay cool under pressure and keep your focus on the bigger picture of driving revenue

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, leading sales teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating consistent results with a strong understanding of processes, targets, and strategies

- Good experience producing customer presentations and delivering them at a high level
- Excellent commercial acumen in decision-making and delivery
- SaaS sales experience is desirable but not required
