We are a FIRAS third party accredited fire safety company based in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. Our services include passive fire protection installation and inspection, FRA's, CPD's, fire compartmentation surveys, fire doors and fire training for fire wardens and extinguishers. Our clients and customers include NHS Trusts, Universities, FM providers and construction companies.

**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Cost management, construction estimating and project estimation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Budgeting experience and skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/ or equivalent software.
- Experience in the construction or passive fire protection industry is a desire.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
