**Monday to Friday 9-5**

We are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK’s largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices.

**About the Agency**

We are a local business and our success is a result of developing and maintaining longstanding relationships with our customers. We operate between two sites in Carmarthen and St Clears and due to year on year significant growth we are looking to expand our team even further. We work closely as a team and have a family friendly culture withing the agency. We are a business where honesty, integrity and trust are at the heart of our values.
- About the role:
- To drive a selling culture within the team
- To be responsible for the smooth day to day running of both sites
- To develop the knowledge and sales skills of the team through regular assessment, coaching and feedback
- To liaise between the team and agents
- Responsible for recruitment
- Ensure sales targets are met

**About you**:

- People who can demonstrate drive, energy and enthusiasm required to promote a positive learning environment and sales culture
- Experience in coaching and feedback
- Experience in people management/supervision
- A positive attitude towards problem solving and solution finding
- The ability to learn new systems, products, processes and skills
- The ability to speak Welsh will be advantageous but not essential
