**Why we need you...**

As an **Owner Services Assistant** you will be the first point of contact for all our Owners enquiries and requests. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service with the ability to resolve any issues promptly and professionally at all times. A flexible approach to work will be required to assist the Sales Team when required and attend Owner Events on an occasional basis. In this exciting and varied role, you will also gain the opportunity to be involved in compliance checks to appraise plots when Owners are looking to sell. If you thrive on delivering an exceptional customer service and looking for a varied role, which utilises your organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, then this is the role for you

**What you'll do...**
- First point of contact for all Owner enquiries and requests.
- Ensure all aftersales issues from Holiday Home Owners and Hire Fleet are dealt with in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
- Provide key administrative support to the Sales Team when required.
- Assist with Owner Events both on and off Park.
- Provide support with any Plot Compliance issues.
- Appraise plots when Owners are looking to sell.
- Ensure the department is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Data management.
- Liaise with other departments on a regular basis including Estates and Finance.
- This is not an exhaustive list and as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities across the Park._

**What experience you'll bring...**
- Previous administrative experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
