The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same Working in one of our dynamic stores, a typical day could include:

- Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners and delivering the Starbucks Experience for our team and customers
- Inspiring and motivating the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and addressing any that arise to optimise the customer experience
- Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards
- Delivering legendary customer service to all customers with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for your customers and partners
- Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties.
- Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for till usage and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.

**Salary**: £6.82-£15.48 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Cardiff (required)

Ability to Relocate:
