- Understand Regatta’s seasonal ranges and key marketing stories to aid preparations for brand shoots
- Responsible for appropriate outfit building/styling to best represent product based on Marketing stories
- Responsible for housekeeping of sample ranges and updating checklists when samples are sent out/returned
- Responsible for all new samples including; unpacking, hanging, putting into useable order, steaming and facilitating any cleaning or laundry requirements post shoot
- Knowledge of how to interpret sales figures and use information within styling decisions
- Liaise with relevant departments to understand availability and timing of seasonal samples, maintaining open communication regarding any sample updates and maintaining strong awareness of critical dates and timelines - keeping the brand shoot team aware of any potential hurdles
- Work with product teams to understand run on items and take responsibility for ordering and keeping track of all pieces required
- Thrive in a busy active working environment that can include working outdoors in hilly or mountainous locations for multiple shoot days - this requires proactive and reactive ways of working and strong teamwork to deal with live events
- Hands on approach to working on set - maintaining the wardrobe between shots, moving wardrobe and product around set as required, supervising models and taking responsibility for outfit changes, ability to adjust products on set for camera, packing and unloading vans for shoots whilst working in different terrains and weather conditions and maintaining a strong sense of team with everyone on set
- Understand and deliver to the calendar for brand shoots including pre/post-shoot meetings. Plan and prepare to the timeframes for projects and sign off meetings, whilst attending all relevant meetings in relation to live projects
- Build strong relationships with production agencies and maintain communications on logistics for UK and International shoots
- Responsible for booking, casting and keeping updated reference deck of models for varying shoots, including confidence in negotiation of costs/usage fees for UK and European based shoots
- Responsible for the production and communication of shoot packs with all relevant shoot information
- Organise products and props required on shoots including ordering, documenting and packing to meet correct carnet documentation and freight requirements for European and International shoot locations
- Research trends both from the fashion and outdoor industry to inform styling decisions and ensuring assets are engaging whilst maintaining commercial relevance
- Attendance at location and studio shoots
- Competitor analysis undertaken, keeping abreast of trends from lifestyle fashion through to technical brands
