The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and growing business in the South of Leicester. Due to business demand, our client is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team on a full-time permanentbasis.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact to handle any enquiries across the customer service department.
Your daily responsibilities could include the below:
- Effective problem solving ensuring that each individual case is resolved within one point of call.
- Providing customers with updates of their deliveries and liaising with the production department for any delays.
- Communicate with other internal departments to ensure a first-class customer journey.
- Work to deadlines and ensure call-backs and diary arrangements are delivered as expected.
- Ensuring our clients policies and procedures are in line with all works carried out.
- Being an expert with our clients services and products available to be able to sell back to our clients customers.
- Completing any additional support to the customer service manager as and when required.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will need to have previous experience within a customer facing position either face to face or office based. You will need to have strong listening and communication skills to be able to build report with each individualcustomer and resolve any issues or escalations efficiently and effectively. You will be adaptable and able to prioritise your workload within fast paced and ever-changing workload/environment.
In return you will be offered an attractive salary of £19,500-£22,000 and have the opportunity to really progress your career internally.
